One dead following multi-vehicle crash in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO -- Police said one person has died following a crash involving at least four vehicles on 18th and Guerrero streets in San Francisco Sunday afternoon.

Officer Carlos Manfredi said the driver responsible for the collision died. He died either as a result of the collision or a medical emergency, Manfredi said.

The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
