ROCKLIN, Calif. (KGO) -- Fire burns at least 80 acres around casino near Sacramento.

A fire broke out at near a lumber yard in the city of Lincoln near Sacramento.

The blaze started in some nearby brush and scorched at least 80 acres around the Thunder Valley Casino Resort. It then spread to a nearby building, which burned to the ground.

Storage containers with PVC pipe inside made the fire tough to put out. Firefighters have made headway, but it's still burning, and still kicking up a lot of thick black smoke, with some flames jumping lines, getting closer to roads and potentially a neighborhood.
