Oakland police say kidnapping of teen linked to human trafficking ring

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Oakland police said they believe Wednesday's incident at 65th and Herzog streets is connected to human sex trafficking.

Police officers rescued a 14-year-old girl, along with two other teenage girls, ages 15 and 16.

Officers have arrested a 22-year-old woman from Oakland, in addition to the 21-year-old man arrested yesterday.
