Emergency crews rescue person trapped on cliff in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Emergency crews rescued a man trapped on cliff near Sutro Heights Park in San Francisco this afternoon.

Officials have reopened the Great Highway at Balboa Street after it was closed to make room for fire trucks.
