Bay Area bracing for heavy rain, gusty wind tomorrow

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The Bay Area is bracing for Thursday's big storm. Some people in San Francisco already had their umbrellas out last night as some light rain fell.

PG&E crews from as far away as Bakersfield are on alert, ready to come to the Bay Area if there's widespread power outages. Caltrans has been cleaning storm drains to try to keep flood prone areas from flooding. Also, the CHP will have nearly every officer on patrol to keep drivers safe.
