RV fire on Highway 101 causes traffic delays near San Francisco airport

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- All lanes of southbound Highway 101 reopened after an RV fire caused traffic delays near San Francisco International Airport Friday.

The fire was first reported at 2:45 p.m. on Southbound 101.

The RV was fully engulfed in flames as crews responded. All lanes were reopened around 3:40 p.m., but traffic in the area was backed up to Oyster Point.

The fire was extinguished by around 3:15 p.m.
