SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Usually the words San Francisco and affordable real estate don't go hand in hand. But there's a new listing on the market for $35,000, which is one of the cheapest listings in the city. The only catch is that it's a driveway, and that's all you get!

Our partners at Hoodline told us about this one. The driveway is in the Outer Richmond near Fulton and 22nd Avenue. It's a 7,200-square-foot property and is shared with adjacent homes.

If you buy this space you can't build on it, and future owners will owe taxes, insurance, and maintenance fees.

But you do get "air rights," so at least you'll own the air above.

The Redfin listing says you can "Impress friends that you own real estate in San Francisco."
