MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (KGO) -- Michael Wallin, the man accused of kidnapping his baby daughter in Mountain View last month, turned himself in to Mountain View police Sunday night.

He is charged with child endangerment, even though his daughter was safely returned.

The four-month-old daughter, Madilyn, was reunited with her mother after a day-long manhunt in early April.

Police say Wallin, who is estranged from Madilyn's mother, took her from Mountain View before eventually dropping her off with family in Stanislaus County.
