CHP says cow on the road causes crash in Orinda

ORINDA, Calif. (KGO) -- A cow caused an accident on a highway in Orinda, the California Highway Patrol reported Monday.

Officers were struggling to keep the cow from running onto Highway 24 in Orinda near Fish Ranch Road.
