UNINCORPORATED ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif. -- The CHP is investigating a deadly crash that left at least one woman dead in unincorporated Alameda County.

It happened around 11:45 last night on Stanley Boulevard near Highway 84 near Livermore.

A total of five people were inside the car when the driver lost control.

"There was a vehicle that was traveling we believe at a high rate of speed and lost control for unknown reasons at this point. Left the roadway overturned and one party was fully ejected that we know of right now and another party was partially ejected and that party who was partially ejected has been pronounced deceased," said Sgt. Brett Cochran

A second woman is in critical condition.

The injuries of the other three passengers are unknown.
