Body found in brush near Fremont BART station

FREMONT, Calif. -- A body was found Saturday morning in some brush at the Warm Springs BART station in Fremont, a BART police lieutenant said.

A BART station agent reported the body at 8:17 a.m., Lt. Paul Kwon said.

Police responded and called paramedics who pronounced the man dead.

Kwon said there is no evidence of criminal activity.
