SAN JOSE, Calif. -- An at-risk teenager who ran away from his home in San Jose last week was found in good health late Tuesday night.

Inoa Ulukuo, 15, was located in Monterey at approximately 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, San Jose police Sgt. Heather Randol said.

The teenager was last seen leaving his home around 4:30 p.m. last Thursday and was thought to be possibly visiting San Francisco.

Ulukuo has Type 1 diabetes and requires insulin twice per day, so authorities were concerned for his health after he went missing. Ulukuo was found to be in good condition, however, according to police.
