A huge house party was held in Menlo Park on Saturday night to benefit the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford and its expansion to help more critically ill children and their families.

ABC7 News Anchor Cheryl Jennings and Meteorologist Mike Nicco emceed the event that took place on the grounds where the largest of 337 Ronald McDonald houses worldwide will be built.

The expansion will more than double the current facility, with 67 private new guest rooms for families of kids being treated at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.

Tens of thousands of dollars were raised during an auction Saturday night, including a $25,000 bid for a Super Bowl pack.
