7 On Your Side helps family affected by DMV computer outage

HALF MOON BAY, Calif. (KGO) -- Five months after they bought a car, a Half Moon Bay family was still waiting for the vehicle registration and license plate.

The family was asked to be patient but that patience ran out when they couldn't get any answers. They then contacted 7 On Your Side for help.
