PLEASANT HILL, Calif. (KGO) -- A family has been reading the same local newspaper for generations. Their father always pre-paid for his subscription and when he died, the family had a hard time getting their dad's money back.
Pleasant Hill resident Janet Pacheco's father had prepaid for one year of home delivery before his death. The East Bay Times promised a refund of $325, but months went by and she received nothing.
