Vallejo police investigate double shooting

VALLEJO, Calif. (KGO) -- Police are investigating a double shooting in Vallejo Thursday night that wounded two people, one seriously.

Vallejo police say the shooting occurred at 6:39 p.m. on the 400 block of 5th Street.

One person was taken by a family member to Kaiser Permanent Vallejo Medical Center and the other was taken to the NorthBay Trauma Center in Fairfield by ambulance.

No additional details were available.
