BART holds online budget town hall meeting

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- BART is getting ready to vote on a big budget proposal and riders who have questions about it can ask them Wednesday afternoon.

BART is hosting an online town hall meeting beginning at noon. You can email or tweet your questions about the budget before or during the event and BART directors will try to answer them. If approved, the $1.6 billion budget plan would increase train capacity, improve station cleanliness and ensure more trains arrive on time.
