OAKLAND, Calif. -- An argument led to a shooting that injured three people near the Golden State Warriors rally Friday afternoon in Oakland, according to preliminary information from the Oakland Police Department.

Police said the shooting occurred at about 12:10 p.m. in the 1800 block of Lakeshore Avenue, a few block from the Warriors rally at the Henry J. Kaiser convention center.

Police initially said two victims were critically injured but said later this afternoon that all three victims are in stable condition.

Officers are attempting to locate witnesses and gather evidence, according to police.
