SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KGO) -- In this drought, you have probably noticed an over-spraying sprinkler, someone soaking their sod or a water-wasting waiter. Now, you can tell on them.

There's a new state website where you can report people who use too much water.

Those reports then go to local government agencies for enforcement.

If you fear the "snitch" label, you can remain anonymous.
