SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) -- Travelers driving from the Bay Area towards the Central Valley may have hit a snag in traffic due to a grass fire that began late Friday night.

The fire quickly burned acres of dry grass in far southern Santa Clara County along Pacheco Pass, near Dinosaur Point Road. That's also near the San Louis Reservoir.

According to the CHP, a vehicle was fully engulfed in flames, but it is not clear exactly what sparked the fire.

ABC viewer Jesse Martinez sent video to our sister station KFSN in Fresno. You can see the grass fire burning along State Route 152.
