PALO ALTO, Calif. (KGO) -- Police arrested a suspect Friday afternoon after he exposed himself to a man in downtown Palo Alto.

Police booked 46-year-old Terrell Jackson of South San Francisco into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for felony indecent exposure, a felony probation violation, misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

The investigation revealed that the suspect had been standing in front of a business with his penis exposed. The woman quickly stepped around him and went inside, and the victim locked the door. When the victim yelled through the door at the suspect to leave, the suspect grabbed his exposed penis and shook it at the victim. The victim called police, and the suspect left on foot.

Police determined that the suspect had four active probation grants out of San Mateo County for possession of narcotics, and two active probation grants out of Santa Clara County for possession of narcotics paraphernalia and for being under the influence of narcotics.

Officers searched him pursuant to his probation status and located methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia in his possession.
