Man takes distracted driving to whole new level

We've all seen distracted drivers talking on their phone behind the wheel, but this guy takes it to a whole new level.

A cyclist caught a guy in Scotland driving with his mobile phone in one hand while also watching his laptop and wearing earphones. The guy was embarrassed when he realized he was caught and sped away.
