Manhunt continues for missing Paris attackers
FRANCE -- French security now says they're looking for a ninth attacker.
Authorities have released surveillance video showing another person involved in the attack on bars and restaurants. Investigators have found a car rented by the eighth attacker, Salah Abdeslam, in Paris. There's a manhunt to find him.

The car may have brought attackers to France from Belgium.
On Tuesday, 221 victims remained in the hospital, about a quarter of them are in intensive care. More than 400 people were wounded -- 129 were killed.
More raids were underway Tuesday in France and Germany. Police are searching for the accused terrorist they believe helped carry out Friday night's attacks in Paris, Abdeslam, and they released a new photo of him. His brother was on French TV Tuesday and urged him to surrender.

France again fought back against ISIS, dropping 16 bombs, destroying command and training centers at the terror group's defacto capital in Syria.
Secretary of State John Kerry met with French president Francois Hollande and vowed to work together.
"The level of cooperation could not be higher, we have agreed even to exchange more information," Kerry said.

Much of Europe is still on edge. A soccer match between Germany and the Netherlands was canceled before kickoff and the stadium was evacuated. While at a game between England and France at Wembley Stadium fans were captured singing and cheering, a show of defiance against the terrorists and solidarity with thed grieving nation.
"No violence, just sports. Just love, just life," said one soccer fan.
After reopening Monday, the Eiffel tower closed again Tuesday over concerns there weren't enough security measures in place.
