Oakland police surround burglarized building, search for 2 suspects

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Oakland police are surrounding a building in the city's Uptown area where a burglary was reported this morning and two suspects might still be inside.

The burglary was reported at about 6 a.m. at the building in the 2100 block of Webster Street.
