Oakland releases documents showing complaints against Ghost Ship, lot
The city of Oakland has released several dozen pages of documents regarding the Ghost Ship warehouse and the vacant lot next door.

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- The city of Oakland has released several dozen pages of documents regarding the Ghost Ship warehouse and the vacant lot next door.

Ten complaints date back to 2005, three are against the warehouse.

Mayor Libby Schaaf read them Tuesday night. They include constructing a house or structure without permits.

There's also a complaint for illegal interior building structure against the lot last month. That was likely meant for the warehouse, but there's no visible addresses for either of them and that may have caused confusion.

Schaaf says building inspectors followed response procedure in all complaints.
