NEW YORK -- New York City has lost its fourth police officer in 11 months. Thirty-three-year-old Officer Randolph Holder was killed last night during a gunfight and chase in Manhattan's East Harlem neighborhood. Holder was shot in the head. The suspected shooter was shot in the leg and is in custody.
