Police search for man who beat taxi driver in Daly City
Police are hoping someone will recognize a man who was caught on camera beating a taxi cab driver in Daly City.

DALY CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- Daly City police released a dash cam video showing a passenger attacking a taxi driver. They hope someone from the public can help identify this man.

On Feb. 15, a man hailed a cab at Sutter and Grant Street in San Francisco.

He got out in Daly City and refused to pay.

When the 60-year-old driver confronted him, the man began beating the driver.

Police say other people witnessed the attack, but did nothing to help.

Police described him as a Hispanic male, 25-35 years old, 5'7" to 5'9" with a medium build.
