Police: Wheelchair-bound gang member shot, killed man
Police in Fresno say a wheelchair-bound gang member is in jail on murder charges after he was caught on camera shooting and killing another man.

FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno police say a wheelchair bound gang member is now in jail on murder charges.

Yatee Her was arrested Friday night by members of the multi-agency gang enforcement consortium or MAGEC.

The 31-year-old was wanted for killing one person and injuring two others during a shooting in Oroville on Nov. 26th.

Authorities say a video surveillance system showed him sitting in his wheelchair and firing at the victim, who was just a few feet away.

Detectives tracked down Her at a home on Roy Avenue. They also arrested another man on accessory charges and three people for harboring and gang enhancements.

On Saturday, MAGEC found several guns, including a banned assault rifle, while searching a home on Byrd Avenue where Her was staying. They arrested his brother-in-law on several weapons violations.
