Unknown liquid reportedly in San Francisco Hall of Justice during bomb scare
SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- There are new questions about the bomb scare in San Francisco on Thursday. While police dealt with a suspicious car outside, apparently an unknown liquid was creeping into a room inside.

It was a tough day at work for the people inside the 50-year-old Hall of Justice building. They were forced to stay inside with a questionable liquid seeping into their workspace.
The Hall of Justice is known for its problems. The police department moved out a year and a half ago amid complaints of rodents and leaking pipes.
The San Francisco Examiner is reporting there was a mysterious liquid discovered in a room on the fifth floor and people couldn't leave.
Outside there was a bomb scare so people were told to shelter-in-place.
A car in a tow truck lot had a sign on it saying there was a bomb inside. Streets were shut down and life came to a stop at 11:30 a.m.

People were unable to pick up their towed car. "I got my car towed, didn't think it was a big deal. So I showed up here to pick it up and of course there's a bomb evacuation in the same lot that my car is sitting next to, I guess. So it looks like I'm here for the long haul," evacuee Sean Wiley said.
Traffic came to a halt around Bryant Street because police blocked off streets. A police robot searched the suspicious car but found nothing.
Everything was deemed safe and reopened three hours later.
