Residents in the Potrero Hill neighborhood are in grieving after the death of multiple people in a shooting at UPS facility.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Multiple people have died after a tragic shooting at a UPS facility in San Francisco's Potrero Hill on Wednesday.
