SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A water main break in San Francisco has closed down several streets near San Francisco General Hospital. The 117-year-old water main burst around 3 a.m.

Crews were able to cap it within 30 minutes, but still need to dig up the road and remove mud in order to repair it. 22nd street between Vermont and San Bruno Streets are currently closed.

SF General Hospital actually lost power for about an hour because of the rupture. Except for the road, there have been no reports of any damage.
