Controversy is developing around a nearly 7-year-old murder case in Berkeley. His killers have not been found, but his fiancee is fighting to keep his memory alive.

BERKELEY, Calif. (KGO) -- Controversy is developing around a nearly 7-year-old murder case in Berkeley.

Fito Celedon of Chile was murdered in 2010 while walking home with his fiancee.

Police think it happened during an attempted robbery. But while officials try to catch his killers, Celedon's fiancee is fighting a new battle to preserve a garden memorial where the crime happened.
