North Berkeley BART station reopens after major medical emergency

BERKELEY, Calif. -- The North Berkeley BART station has reopened after emergency crews responded to a person lying on the tracks.

Trains on the Richmond line were not stopping at the station, and delays followed.

The person is alive. No information is available on possible injuries.
