OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A suspect remains at large after police say he fired a gun in the direction of an Oakland police officer.
Police say just after 3 a.m., an officer was in a foot pursuit when the suspect discharged the firearm. A gun has been recovered, but the suspect remains at large.
Police have left a perimeter that was set up between 23rd Avenue and Foothill Boulevard.
No injuries have been reported.
