Luke Bryan opens up to 'Good Morning America's' Robin Roberts about tragedy, inspiration

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts spoke one-on-one with country singer Luke Bryan in a special presentation that airs Monday night on ABC7.

ABC7 News asked Roberts if people are familiar with the adversity the singer has faced. She responded, "I'm not sure...if everybody knows his brother died right when he was about to head to Nashville for the first time, and then right after he made his Grand Ole Opry debut his sister died, then his brother-in-law."
