The puppies are 5-week-old pit bull mixes. The SPCA says their owner illegally sold them before they were allowed to be separated from their mother.
The SPCA wants to track down anyone who may have purchased any of their siblings to warn them their puppy wasn't properly vaccinated.
It's illegal to sell puppies in California under 8 weeks old without prior approval from a veterinarian.
