Legal Aid Society: Pizza deliveryman wins emergency stay against deportation

FORT HAMILTON, Brooklyn -- The Legal Aid Society says it has won an emergency stay for a pizza deliveryman who was fighting deportation from New York.

Pablo Villavicencio will remain in ICE custody but will not be deported just yet.

The Legal Aid Society says Villavicencio will be allowed to continue his legal fight.

Villavicencio is a husband and a father of two who was detained while making a delivery to the Fort Hamilton Army Base in Brooklyn.
