Turns out "selfies" could be to blame for a deadly plane crash near Denver last May.

The National Transportation Safety Board made the ruling after reviewing video from a GoPro camera found at the crash site.

According to the NTSB, the GoPro video showed multiple flights where the pilot and passengers on the single-engine plane snapped pictures on their cell phones. Sometimes even at night, with the help of a flash.

Two people died in the crash.
