Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump cast their votes in 2016 election

The Democratic and Republican presidential and vice presidential candidates cast their ballots from different places across the country on Tuesday.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump joined millions of Americans in the democratic process when they cast their votes for the 2016 election today.

Clinton voted early Tuesday morning at Douglas Grafflin Elementary School in Chappaqua, New York. Trump also voted at an elementary school, P.S. 59, in Manhattan.

Vice presidential candidates Tim Kaine and Mike Pence also voted on Tuesday. Kaine cast his vote at a Richmond, Virginia polling place, while Pence voted at the St. Thomas Aquinas School in Indianapolis.
