Santa Rosa residents concerned about debris, mudslides during heavy rain

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (KGO) -- The rain and moist weather have become a cause for concern in the North Bay.

In Santa Rosa, toxic runoff has been one concern but now there is another issue that authorities did not expect.
