Astronaut Kate Rubins gives her family in Bay Area shout out from ISS

ABC7 News Reporter Jessica Castro talked to Napa resident and NASA astronaut Kate Rubins before she departs the ISS and heads home. She had a special shout out for her family back on Earth.
