San Francisco police say missing 11-year-old found safe

SAN FRANCISCO -- Police say an 11-year-old San Francisco girl who went missing late Wednesday night has been found.

E'Laya Brown was described as 4'10," she has brown eyes and black hair. She was known to frequent areas around Fairfax Avenue.
