Staples recalls office chairs made by Quill Hazen

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- At least 124,000 mesh office chairs made by Quill Hazen have been recalled by Staples.

The legs on the chair which comes with a five-wheel base can break and cause injury.

The sku number for the chairs is 1058246 and item number is 26680.

New more secure bases are available for free.
