Silver Alert issued for at-risk South San Francisco man

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing at-risk South San Francisco man who was last seen Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Perfecto Carlos suffers from an unspecified medical condition and may become disoriented. Carlos is a 76 year-old Filipino male, with gray hair, brown eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. He is believed to be wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and a black hat. He drove away in a gold 2007 Honda Civic with California license plate 5XUE779.
