SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- We've partnered with the team at Hoodline - the hyperlocal neighborhood website- to bring you what's new and happening this weekend in San Francisco.

This week's holiday Hoodline takes us to the ballet. Did you know professional dancers go through 30 pairs of point shoes a season? And you thought your feet hurt!

ABC7's Reggie Aqui checked out rehearsals for a contemporary ballet company called Smuin. If you've never seen their holiday show, where have you been? This is their 22nd year. There are a couple of tutus in the show, but it's also jazz and tap and swing. Music from Joni Mitchell and Frank Sinatra mix things up. It's good for the whole family and it plays until Christmas Eve at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

If you still need to get your shop on, consider checking out the SF Made Holiday Gift Fair. This is the ultimate in shopping local. Everything is created here in the city. Sixty vendors set up tables at the College of California Arts San Francisco campus. It's free on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

And if all that shopping gets you hungry, you can hit up the SOMA Street Food Park next to the Costco. All you can eat crab $50.
