Vacaville family shamed for not decorating home on Christmas
A grieving woman in Vacaville got quite the shock when she received an anonymous letter the day after Christmas.

VACAVILLE, Calif. (KGO) -- A grieving woman in Vacaville got quite the shock when she received an anonymous letter the day after Christmas, shaming her for not decorating her home for the holidays.

But she had a good reason to not participate.

Lyndia Ives Zarra shared the letter she received, explaining that her mother passed away earlier in the year and she handmade all the Zarra family's decorations.

"They are all her artwork and I am supposed to put them out for someone's enjoyment while they cause me grief?" she said in her post.

The letter said it is an "honor and privilege" to live on Lollipop Lane. It goes on to call her disrespectful, rude and selfish for not decorating her home.
