Anticipation high at Kauffman Stadium for World Series Game 7
Anticipation is in the air for the Game 7 of the World Series.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- To appreciate a Game 7 it's best to watch a team through 163 game, then the playoffs. And then comes the day when it's the absolute the last of the season -- the one that counts.

Pablo Sandoval was wandering around Downtown Kansas City Wednesday morning. He said he's not worried about Game 7.

"I no worried about it," he said. "I go game by game. Try to win. So it will be ready for today."

Sandoval awoke in a city that has literally taken to gushing blue

One on the verge, or the brink, just like San Francisco.

The Giants and their fans strolled through downtown Kansas City Wednesday and there was nothing but pride and respect from star struck locals.

"I saw Sandoval," Royals fan Jane Smeltzer said. "Wow, what a day to get your teeth cleaned. What a day to go to the dentist. I got the popcorn and hot dogs out of my teeth last night."
