Oakland prepares for massive Golden State Warriors parade and rally

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Preparations are underway for Thursday's big parade and rally to celebrate the Golden State Warriors. It's a massive undertaking that's taking lots of planning for just about everyone -- city leaders, law enforcement agencies, and even business owners.
