San Francisco 49ers' Jimmy Garoppolo goes in for Trey Lance and delivers a 38-yard TD pass

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- After stepping in for injured starter Trey Lance, quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo wasted no time looking right back at home under center for the San Francisco 49ers.

Garoppolo quickly marched the Niners into Seahawks territory for a first down at Seattle's 38. Then, with 11:19 left in the first half, Garoppolo found Ross Dwelley down the left sideline, before the tight end raced toward the end zone and ran through a defender as he extended the ball for the touchdown and a 13-0 San Francisco lead.
