SF Giants hope to extend league record for do or die playoff wins Tuesday against the Cubs
The Giants and their fans are still buzzing from Monday night's win. San Francisco has now won 10 postseason elimination games in a row. That's a major league record. They have to win two more to keep the 2016 season alive.

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A huge win Monday night in the 13th inning kept the Giants' playoff dreams alive, but it's not over yet. It's another do-or-die game Tuesday night.

The Giants and their fans are still buzzing from Monday night's win. San Francisco has now won 10 postseason elimination games in a row. That's a Major League Baseball record. They have to win two more to keep the 2016 season alive.

There were many times Monday night when it looked like the Giants' goose was cooked, but they didn't give in. Panik made sure there would be a game four when he drove in Brandon Crawford with the walk-off winner.

Having won 10 straight elimination games, the Giants are so used to situations like this that Madison Bumgarner explained their mindset perfectly.

"We're hard to kill. I'll say that for sure," he said. "We've got a special group of guys and that was, that was fun watching."

The Giants face off against the Cubs Tuesday night at 5:40 p. m. in San Francisco.
